The facility has a variety of unit sizes to suit your individual needs. These range from 6’x5’ to 20’x22’. All are accessed from wide interior hallways and roll-up doors.
Overview
Main floor units have 10 foot ceiling height. Second floor units have 8 foot ceiling height. Main hallways are 10 feet wide and secondary hallways are 7 feet wide for convenient transfer of your possessions.

Depending on your storage needs, a variety of unit sizes are available. We can accommodate from small to significantly sized items.
This size is perfect to accommodate small file boxes or small seasonal storage items such as sports equipment like skis, snowboards, water safety equipment or holiday decorations etc.
For longer term tenants with a lot of items who need frequent access to their belongings, renting multiple small units may be more convenient. Sort your belongings in small units so you don’t have to continuously unpack a larger unit to access items at the back.
This size can generally accommodate the contents of a studio or one bedroom apartment. Other uses may be the accounting banker boxes for a small business such as a home based business. Business trade show contents or seasonal advertising goods could generally fit.
This unit can generally accommodate the contents of a two bedroom apartment. Construction tools or similar or larger sports equipment will generally fit. Small import/export businesses could use this unit for inventory.
This unit can generally accommodate the contents of a two bedroom home including added patio furniture. It would be ideal as well for a small business such as plumbing, heating, and electrical contractors looking to reclaim their garage for their personal toys.
This unit can generally accommodate the contents of a three bedroom home including patio furniture and modest garage storage contents. Growing small businesses with inventory management requirements would be welcomed as well.
This unit can generally accommodate the contents of large homes with four or more bedrooms. Larger home based businesses or businesses with larger product storage requirements could also be accommodated.
The same large area can be achieved by renting multiple smaller units.

Some Important Rules to Follow
There are some important rules to keep everyone safe and help with the user experience.
Food items are not permitted in the storage units.
Do not store highly flammable items.
Do not store items that cause offensive or noxious odors.
Do not store garbage.
Corrosive, toxic or explosive materials or items must not be stored.
For a complete list of terms and conditions for what can or can’t be stored and for rules of use for the storage units, you can discuss the Terms and Conditions portion of the Rental Agreement with us. We will be happy to go over the agreement with you.
